Dhamu Narayanan, a seasoned C-level leader with over 30 years of experience, is renowned for driving operational excellence in service delivery across diverse settings, from startups to large enterprises. Having lived in six countries and conducted business in four languages on three continents, he brings a global perspective to leadership. Notably, as the Chief Operating Officer at Take Solutions Ltd., he spearheaded transformative initiatives in the Life Sciences business unit, successfully acquiring and implementing the PharmaReady suite. Previously, as an Executive Director and Co-Founder of S10Health SafeCare, he led the development and sale of a product platform with a global EMR, incorporating AI for smart insights. Throughout his career, Dhamu has demonstrated prowess in revenue cycle management, strategic acquisitions, and successful project deliveries. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, he has continually enhanced his leadership skills, completing a Global Leadership course by Harvard Business School. Dhamu is also an advisor to the Meenatchi Ammal Guruswamy Trust, contributing to philanthropic initiatives addressing non-communicable diseases.
